a Thirst quenching brand to connect with a different audience in an emerging market.

 

When the founder of Hard Soda Co returned to the UK from living in the USA, he found that hard seltzers were yet to take off in the way they had in the states. The other thing he saw was that only the large corporate brands that had launched, meaning there was no authentic brand that could connect with a younger demographic and challenge the status quo.

After a long period of audience and market research, this retro and irreverent approach to the branding was taken. It has the shape of the ring pull or a can at the core and includes various graphic devices taken from old fruit packaging (it is the first hard soda to be made from real fruit) to create a dynamic and fun brand world.
