Creating a visual identity for a brand new wellness festival in the heart of wiltshire.

 

VERVE Festival were aiming to be a vibrant and welcoming festival that also hoped to be tasteful and sophisticated. They had a target audience of females who are health orientated and wanted to create a brand that felt familiar to their audience.

Having never held a festival before, they had no imagery to utilise. Therefore, collage became a useful tool to tell the story of how the festival was going to feel, and also give visual clues as to what was going to be happening over the weekend.

This, combined with a muted colour pallet, resulted in an identity that allowed them to stand out from their competitors and ultimately pick-up attention from a variety of media outlets, including GQ and Elle magazine, ahead of their first event.
